Suma Lima L3 is a highly alkaline mechanical ware washing detergent specially formulated to provide excellent soil removal in medium hard and hard water conditions.   Suma Lima L3 is a highly alkaline, chlorinated liquid detergent which is suitable for use in a wide range of single and multi-tank ware washing machines. It contains caustic alkali and chlorine bleach, which will provide excellent removal of fats, dried-on foods and stains. A special blend of scale inhibitors and sequestrants makes this product suitable for medium hard and hard water conditions.   Quickly removes grease and dried-on-foods. Highly concentrated formulation gives economy in use. Prevents scaling of items and machine parts in medium water conditions. Effectively removes tannin stains.
